How do I register for United Fresh LIVE! and how much does it cost?

Registration is FREE. Click here to register!

What is included in my free registration?

Everything! You’ll have complete access to the entire platform, including virtual exhibit booths where you learn about and chat with exhibitors, watch live and on-demand education sessions, participate in small group discussions with colleagues who share interests, and more. The entire experience is free.

What languages will be available on the platform?

We anticipate that attendees can use various online translation apps/programs to understand most documents on the site. We also anticipate offering Spanish-language discussions with some content.

If I have already booked my hotel for San Diego, how can I cancel it?

If you booked within the United Fresh room block, all rooms have been cancelled. You should have received an email from OnPeak, our housing partner that managed all bookings.

Can I cancel my attendee registration if I already paid?

We ask that you please consider allowing us to shift the fee you’ve already paid to a tax-deductible donation to the non-profit United Fresh Start Foundation. There’s no action needed on your part. Every dollar of your registration will go to getting kids and their families access to fresh produce through this crisis. If you or your company face a financial crisis yourself or simply prefer a refund, just send a note to Tressie Tillar, Director of Convention Services, at 202-303-3414, and we will process that back to the credit card you used. Refunds will be available until April 30, after which we will shift all remaining registration funds to the Foundation to support the needs in our communities.
